Specializing in new single family home construction in the Oklahoma City Metro area since 2005, Innovative Home Builders was founded by Rod Conant in Norman.

Each one of our homes is truly unique. We don’t build hundreds of homes a year. We work closely with each client to develop plans that fit their ideas, style and design.

Rod served as a pastor both in Edmond and Norman for 20 plus years where he managed several commercial building projects and renovations. There he discovered his passion for building and helping make people's dreams come true.

Rod is a people person and personally oversees and serves as the primary point of contact for every project.
